The purpose of this web site is to provide historical information about the parish of Wooburn in Buckinghamshire. I have spent close to 40 years gathering information about this area and it seems sensible to share this information with anybody who might be interested. The image below shows a scene at Wooburn Green in the late 1890s, and even today one would have no difficulty in locating the artist’s viewpoint, although traffic could make it perilous to stand there!
